If there is no problem with the above, it may be that the remote control sensor is damaged or the driver board is damaged.
2. Black screen: Please check whether the outdoor digital signage is powered on; whether the internal power indicator is on.
During operation: first check whether the air conditioner of the outdoor digital signage is in working state and whether the internal temperature is too high. If the air conditioner is not cooling, the air conditioner needs to be replaced.
3. Android outdoor digital signage has sound but no image
Check whether the video signal line of the outdoor digital signage is connected well, whether there is an image display in the remote control operation, and whether the signal source is selected correctly. If there is no problem with the above, it may be that the driver board is damaged.
4. The monitor has no sound but there is an image
